The Brief

Portcullis Legals are a firm of experienced solicitors based in Ivybridge, South Devon who are totally focussed on their clients and strive to change the perception of legal services. They approached Peritus Digital in need of a new website that reflected their no jargon, customer focussed ethos. 

The Process 

Peritus Digital created a unique website design for Portcullis Legals, sourced new imagery and began building their new website. Building in Drupal 7 we improved on code quality, performance, design and SEO from the start. Transferring all the necessary content across from their old website, we presented their services and information in a professional style that was easy to navigate for the average customer including dynamically displaying explainer content related to those services. We built in, easy to find methods of contact including an option for customers to request an appointment and an option for customers to download a free information pack.

The Results

Peritus Digital has created a more friendly and approachable website for Portcullis Legals' customers as well as an easy to edit admin area of the system. Their website provides real, helpful information to their potential customers and enables them to be more interactive with the company. When viewers of the website request a free information pack, potential customers automatically receive a link to their pack. This has already started to help Portcullis Legals to improve their customer database.
